We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on your location.
Does ATK Gaming Gear offer a warranty on electronics?
Yes, all our peripheral products come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use conditions.
What is your return policy for open-box items?
We offer a 30-day return window. If the item is opened but in like-new condition with all original packaging, a small restocking fee may apply. Defective items are eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Are ATK keyboards and mice compatible with consoles?
Most of our plug-and-play gear is compatible with PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. However, advanced software customization features are currently exclusive to Windows and macOS.
